Function keys

- List no
- Displays the kitting list number.
- Component
- Displays the component code and description.
- Warehouse
- Displays the warehouse.
- Order
- Displays the manufacturing order number.
- Line
- Displays an internal line number for the kitting list.
- Op. line
- Displays the manufacturing order operation number if reporting is done from backflushing.
- Comp. line
- Displays the component sequence number on the manufacturing order.
- Quantity
- Displays the total quantity picked of the item.
- Line
- Displays the line number of the component on the kitting list.
- Seq.
- Displays the sequence number of the quantity, if the quantity is picked from different locations.
- Sugg. qty
- Displays the quantity suggested to pick from the zone/location shown to the right.
- Line
- In this field, at the bottom part of the panel, enter the kitting list line number of the component for which you are entering picked quantity.
- Actual qty
- Enter the actual quantity picked from the zone/location shown to the right.
- Pallet
- Displays the pallet number and the pallet type for the suggested pallet to be picked.
- Batch
- This field, in the top part of the panel, displays the suggested batch from which to pick, if the component is a batch controlled item. Click Change batch/location to change it.
- Zn
- This field, in the top part of the panel, displays the suggested zone from which to pick. Click Change batch/location to change it.
- Location
- This field, in the top part of the panel, displays the suggested location from which to pick. Click Change batch/location to change it.
- Pallet no
- This field, in the bottom part of the panel, is used if the item shown on the panel is picked from several different pallets. Enter the pallet number from which the item is to be picked.
- Actual qty
- Mandatory entry if the Pallet input field is not completed. This field, in the bottom part of the panel, is used if the item shown on the panel is picked from several different zones/locations. Enter the actual quantity picked from the zone/location entered to the right.
- Batch
- This field, in the bottom part of the panel, is used if the item shown on the panel is picked from several different batches (if a batch controlled item). Enter the batch from which the quantity entered to the left is picked.
- Zn
- Mandatory entry if the Pallet input field is not completed. This field, in the bottom part of the panel, is used if the item shown on the panel is picked from several different zones. Enter the zone from which the quantity entered to the left is picked.
- Location
- Mandatory entry if the Pallet input field is not completed. This field, in the bottom part of the panel, is used if the item shown on the panel is picked from several different locations. Enter the location from which the quantity entered to the left is picked.
