Loading data in the transport preparation routines

If using the Transport preparation routine, the following tables/file must be loaded and recommended in the following order:

Table/File To do
Departure table This table can be loaded with codes for the different departure sites. These codes are used in the Route table.
Destination table This table can be loaded with codes defining all destinations. These codes are used in the Route table.
Route table Before loading this table, the following tables must have been loaded:

  • Warehouse table
  • Departure table
  • Destination table

This table can be loaded with codes to define the routes that are used when transporting goods and to connect departures to the route.

Freight document table This table is preloaded with 3 documents. You can only add new ones and delete existing if you have System administrator authority, as well as changing the maintenance and print program for the preloaded documents.

This table can be loaded with codes defining the freight documents and the maintenance and print programs called per freight document.

Freight standard value table This table is preloaded with 20 different freight standard texts, with delete capable = NO. To change other than the description or delete these preloaded records, or add a record with delete capable = NO, you must have System administrator authority.

This table can be loaded with codes defining the different standard text to be used on freight documents.

Goods type table This table can be loaded with codes defining the different goods type, used when printing freight documents.
Item shipment group table This table can be loaded with codes defining the different shipment groups in which items are to be grouped. These are used in the Pick list consolidation routine.

Note: If using ISO9002, these codes are used in the Vehicle table.

Shipping agent table This table can be loaded with codes defining the different shipping agents. These codes are used in the Pick list consolidation routine.
