The following sales order related fees/surcharge can be applied on an invoice:
Administration fee | Can be created by the system as a set amount and/or amount per order value limit. During order entry you have the possibility to automatically simulate a preliminary administration fee using the actual order value. You can change this fee at sales order entry or pick list confirmation or it can be entered manually in those two locations. |
Invoice fee | Can be created by the system as a set amount and/or amount per order value limit. During order entry you have the possibility to automatically simulate a preliminary invoice fee using the actual order value. You can change this fee at sales order entry or pick list confirmation or it can be entered manually in those two locations. |
Insurance fee | Can be calculated by the system as a percentage or you can manually enter a percentage or set amount at sales order entry or pick list confirmation. |
Freight fee | Can be calculated by the system, based on either a minimum weight limit of the goods on the order or a fee per package regardless of the weight, or you can manually enter as an amount at sales order entry or at pick list confirmation. |
Postage fee | Manually enter as an amount at sales order entry or at invoicing. |
Surcharge fee | Can be created by the system and is applied at invoicing. |
