- Access the Columns page for the applicable report.
- Perform the copy by clicking the Open copy window icon to access the Copy report definition window, which will allow you to select columns from other reports. You drag and drop the desired columns into the Columns page of the applicable report.
- Copy an existing column within the report you are currently working. Select the applicable column you want to copy (as shown in the window above) and click the Copy icon. On the Column edit view window change the values from the copied report to those applicable for the new column.
