You can create your own customised subset of Critical Success Factors in which you include your own selection of factors. You can reuse this subset at a later date. To customise a CSF subset, do as follows:
- Select the Critical Success Factors menu item in the Supply Chain Analysis, or Financial Analysis sub-menu.
- Select Factors/Maintain subsets from the menu bar on the CSF Panel window.
- You access the Subset management view window.
- Choose Add under the middle list.
- Enter the name of your user subset and choose OK.
- You can assign an icon to your subset or allow the system default icon to remain. To assign an icon, choose Assign icon. Select your preferred icon and choose Select.
- If your subset is not automatically selected, select the subset.
- To include an item in the selected subset, you must move the item from the Available items list to the Included items list. Click the item and choose Add or alternatively drag and drop the item..
- When you have completed your selection, choose Save.
- You return to the CSF Panel.
To create a subset, do as follows:
View subset
To view all subsets, choose Factors/Select subset. If you select a subset, you view the included items in the bottom list. To view the Critical Success factors for a subset, select the subset and choose Select.
You can also toggle different subsets by clicking on the arrow, to the right of the Subset box on the bottom of the window, to pull down the list of available subsets and choose that applicable.
