You can create statistic SOP reports for a selected period. These reports display the historical data for the selected SOP and can be used to view the stock on hand, the order stock, the inflow of orders, the production efficiency etc.
Note: If Transfer to BIW is set to YES on the SOP header, the SOP statistics will also be transferred to the Statistics Balance file (Business Information Warehouse).
- Select the Work with reports/jobs – Long range planning menu item.
- You access Work with batch jobs. Select CRTHIS_SOP and click Submit job.
- You access Sales and operation plan, Statistics creation, complete the following fields:
- Period (week)
- Enter the week (CCYYWW) to be created. According to the system job date, the selected week must be the current or the previous week.
- Period (month)
- Enter the month (CCYYMM) to be created. According to the system job date, the selected month must be the current or the previous month.
Click OK. Statistic reports are now created for the selected periods. Exit the routine.
Tip: Use the REPORT_SOP batch job to print the created statistic reports.
