Analysing and working with cash flow forecast

Related topics

The following describes the process of analysing and working with the cash flow forecast for the Cash Flow Manager (CFM) role in the Iptor PlannerView user interface.

In the cash flow forecast you get a complete overview of your company’s or company group’s expected incoming and outgoing payments. The cash flow forecast may be analysed on a daily, weekly or monthly level in transaction, system or reporting currency. The expected payment dates for sales orders, A/R documents, purchase orders and A/P documents may be adjusted based on the previous payment behaviour of the business partners.

Prerequisites
The application Cash Flow Manager, referred to as CFM, must be installed and activated in Work with companies in DC1. See About Cash Flow Manager for a background description of the application and for a more detailed description of the features of the CFM role.

Values for Opening balances and Expected payments must be collected and compiled, and Expected payment deviation days must be calculated. See Setting up the Cash Flow Manager role for further instructions.
