The prompt text is used as field prompt for the attribute on the configuration panels. It is possible to enter the prompt text in several languages using the translation function. The Work with DC1 user profiles file defines in which of the languages the prompt text will be displayed during the configuration process.
- Select the Work with configurator attributes menu item.
- On the initial panel, select the applicable attribute and click Change.
- You access Configurator attribute maintenance. Click Prompt text language override to work with the prompt text.
- You access Table translation file maintenance, listing the language codes from the Language table. The original prompt text is defaulted and displayed in the appropriate language. Complete the following:
- Translated value
- Enter a translation of the prompt text for the relevant language codes.
Click OK to update. Exit the routine.
