Note: Only users with DC1 administrator authority may add or delete defined table keys.
- Select the Work with user defined table keys menu item.
- On the initial panel, click Add to create a new table key record.
- You access User defined table key maintenance. Complete the following fields:
- Key
- Enter the code that identifies the key.
- Description
- Enter a description of the key.
- Text
- Enter the key text that is used as lead text/column heading in the Work with user defined table, Details panel.
- Active
- Indicate if the key is active. Active keys can be used in user defined tables.
- FRF field name
- Enter the reference field name for the key.
Click OK. Exit the routine.
