Note: The order lines must be at status 45 or higher.
Note: If you are using the Shipment type functionality, then you can specify on the shipment type that automatic printouts should be done when a shipment is updated as shipped.
- Select the Work with outbound shipments menu item.
- On the header panel, select the applicable shipment and click Ship.
- You access the Ship panel. Enter information in the following fields:
- Ship date
- Enter the shipment date.
- Time
- Enter the shipment time.
- You return to the Headers panel. The shipment has received status 60 and is no longer displayed. Tip: Shipments at status 60 can be viewed via the Outbound shipments enquiry. Exit the routine.
Tip: Use the Repeat date and time function key to add the same date and time to all lines. Use the Default date and time function key to set all lines to the current date and time.
Click OK to confirm the shipment.
