You print the transport notes and shipping documents after you confirm the pick list. You can also print dispatch labels.
The printing of these documents is optional, and is determined by the sales order type of the sales order (the Batch print of transport note must be set to YES).
Prerequisites
Note: In order to be able to print and reprint transport notes and return notes, the following prerequisites must have been met:

| Work with shipping agents | For the shipping agent you intend to use, complete the following fields:

| Work with transport note number series | Enter the unique number series that should be used on the transport note printouts. The transport note number is retrieved according to the year/series combination. The number series that should be used is retrieved from the Number series field in Work with warehouses. See the next step. |
| Work with warehouses | For each applicable warehouse, enter the number series, from Work with transport note number series, that should be used when printing transport notes per warehouse.
Several warehouses can use the same number series. In this case, lines from different warehouses can be included in the same transport note. However, when a transport note is printed per shipment, only one warehouse is included. A break per pick list will occur within the same transport note. |
