Set the use approved supplier only requirement

  1. Select the Work with items menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, select the item you want to maintain and click Change.
  3. You access the first Item file maintenance, Basic data panel. Click OK.
  4. On the second Item file maintenance, Basic data panel set the Use appr suppl only field to YES denoting that you are only allowed to purchase this item from approved suppliers. Click Update and return. Note: The Min supp quality rte field is described in Specify minimum supplier quality rating.
