The need to add sales order lines to an existing sales order allocation proposal could arise if more goods were sold after the proposal was created or if a sales order line was accidentally removed from the proposal (by clicking Exclude). To add or re-enter sales order lines do as follows:

  1. Select the Work with sales order allocation menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, select a proposal and click Details.
  3. You access Work with sales order allocation, All lines displaying all of the sales order lines that belong to the sales order allocation. The sales order lines are listed according to dispatch date and priority. The customers that have the highest priority are ranked first. Click Incl to add new sales order allocation lines to the proposal.
  4. You access Work with sales order allocation, Selection. From this panel, additional sales order lines are added to the existing allocation proposal. The selections for including additional sales order lines to an existing proposal are made per warehouse and item.
