To automatically create identical recurring invoices according to an invoice schedule definition, do as follows:
- Select the Work with A/P recurring invoices menu item.
- On the Schedules panel, select the applicable schedule and click Invoices.
- You access Work with A/P recurring invoices, Invoices. Since recurring invoices have not yet been generated for the selected schedule, this panel is empty. To start the generation, click Create invoices.
- You remain on the same panel which is now updated with the recurring invoices that have been automatically generated by the system according to the selected schedule’s definition. The schedule’s contra accounting is automatically applied to all recurring invoices. You have the following options on this panel:
- Click Change to override certain information for an individual recurring invoice, e.g. the invoice date.
- Click Contra to manually override the contra accounting for an individual recurring invoice.
- Click Inactivate to inactivate an individual recurring invoice. The invoice and all active invoice contra accounting will be marked as inactive.
- Click Re-activate to make an inactivated recurring invoice and its contra accounting active again.
- Click Print to print information from a recurring invoice.

Conclusion
