Create a group document proposal

  1. Select the Work with A/R group documents menu item.
  2. On the A/R grouped documents – overview panel, click Add.
  3. You access A/R group documents – creation. The following fields are relevant:
  4. Description
    Mandatory entry. Enter a description for the proposal.

    The following selection fields are optional: (Tip: Enter selection parameters if you do not want to select all documents that are valid for the group document proposal.)

    Debtor number
    Document date
    Due date
    Country
    Transaction currency
    Document type
    Cost centre

    Complete the following fields:

    Select to period
    Enter the last accounting period for the selection. The documents must have been entered before or in this period to be included in the proposal. The system defaults actual period.
    Credit notes
    Indicate if credit notes should be included in the selection.
    On accounts
    Indicate if on accounts should be included in the selection.
    Group doc/due date
    Set to YES if the group document is based on debtor and transaction currency and due date. Set to NO if only based on debtor and transaction currency. If the group document is based on due date, the group document will receive the same document date and due date as the included documents.
    Print control list
    If you set this field to YES, then you access A/R group documents – print control list where you enter the print parameters. You can always print a control list later.

    Click OK to create the proposal. The system will inform you when the proposal is ready.
