Make an enquiry on A/R transactions

If you use the template created in Create an A/R transaction enquiry template, then the following sequence and selection fields contain defaulted values:

    Debtor number
    Document type
  1. Select the A/R transactions enquiry program.
  2. You access the first of three panels in the program with the last used template defaulted. The following field is relevant:

    Select the template you want to use to make an enquiry on A/R transactions. Tip: You can add, change or delete selection and sequence values on this panel. Click Save as template if you want to save the template with the changes directly as a new or an existing template. You can also click Print to print the transactions that you have entered in the selection. Click OK.
  4. You access A/R transactions enquiry with a listing of all documents that have been selected, sorted in ascending order. Select a record and click Display to view it. You can at any time change the selections made on A/R transactions enquiry by entering new or different selection criteria in the selection fields at the bottom of the panel. You can browse/access the following information:
    • Set Open to YES to show all open items, or to NO to show all settled items. If you want to see all items, then leave this field blank.
    • The Acc remain field displays the accumulated remaining amount, based on open remaining amount, either in system or reporting currency.
    • Use option Text to maintain or add text for the document.

    Note: The Orig amount column, which is shown if you click Shift info, displays the original amount of the document except for redefinition documents. Then the amount shown is the creation amount.

  5. You access A/R transactions enquiry with detailed information for the selected transaction. Tip: Click Next to view additional information for the document. The information shown depends on the document that has been selected.
  6. Re-access A/R transactions enquiry where you can select a different document or return to the previous panel and enter a new enquiry.
