The following describes how to set up an account completion rule for account part 1 (in this case, account part 1 is the main account).
- Select the Work with account completions menu item.
- On the main panel, click Add.
- You access Work with account completions. Complete the following fields:
- From account part number
- Enter the account part number of the account that will be completed with one or more accounts in other account parts.
- From account number
- Enter the account number that will be completed with one or more accounts in other account parts.
- To account number
- Enter the account(s) that will complete the account combination. Completion with only asterisks is not allowed.
- Start date
- Enter the date from which this completion rule is valid.
- End date
- Enter the date to which this completion rule is valid.
Click OK after you have completed your information. Exit the routine.
