The following describes how to make a selection on the Division field in the A/R transactions enquiry program. Within the division the sorting of the transactions will be on document date.
- Select the A/R transactions enquiry program.
- You access A/R transactions enquiry, Selections.
- Debtor number
- Division
- Document date
- Enter 1 and the code for ascending order.
- You access A/R transactions enquiry listing All documents, other than control account adjustment transactions, that have been selected on the previous panel. Tip: You can change the information for the selected documents on this panel by clicking Shift info. Select a document and click Display to access a panel where you can view all the entry details concerning the document. Click Back to return to the first selection panel. Exit the routine.
Selection part 1
Selection can be made via range selection or combined selection, depending on the parameter. Complete the following fields:

Sequence
These fields determine how the information is to be presented. Sequence 1 gives the primary sort order. Sequence 2 sorts the information further within each parameter selected with sequence 1, and so on. Enter information for the following field:
