Secure an account balance

You can secure an account balance in an enquiry program, which means that the information will not be displayed. This procedure is also very similar to that described in Secure an application, with the following exceptions:

  1. Repeat steps 1-2, but select the group for the applicable account part, e.g. DIM1, instead.
  2. Repeat steps 3-6, but enter ANLR001 (Balance/budget enquiry) as the routine you want to secure.
  3. You must now define the object (i.e., the specific account you want to secure) and detail information. Repeat steps 7-12, but enter the applicable account as the Object. Click OK to update. Exit the routine.
