The purpose of this function is to define if a user profile or a user group (i.e. group profile) has the authority to access all objects within a selected authority group. Note: This option is only valid for authority groups, not program security.
- Select the Work with authority groups menu item.
- You access the main panel. Select the applicable authority group and click Users.
- On the Work with authority groups, Users panel, click Add.
- You access the detail panel. Complete the following fields:
- User
- Enter the user or user group.
- Description
- The system will retrieve the description from Work with DC1 user profiles.
- All object
- Indicate if you want the selected user or user group to have the authority to access all objects within the selected authority group. Note: The authority defined here overrides all other authorities defined in this program, for the selected authority group.
Click OK and exit the routine.
