The following describes how to:
- change the declaration transaction attributes
- activate a loaded declaration transaction
- inactivate a loaded declaration transaction
- Select the Work with declaration transactions menu item.
- You access the Work with declaration transactions, Selection panel. By default, only the active transaction records are displayed. To view the inactive transaction records, set the Status value to 1 and I. Make your selections and click OK.
- You access the main panel.
- Select the declaration transaction and click Change.
- You access the Work with declaration transactions detail panel. The following fields are relevant:
- Declaration identity
- Select the declaration identity you want to change for the selected transaction.
- Declaration code
- Change the declaration code of the selected transaction.
- Note: You need to select only the declaration code valid for the selected declaration identity in the field above.
- Country
- Specify the country for which you want to declare the transaction.
- On the main Work with declaration transactions panel, click Sel.
- You access Work with declaration transactions, Selection. Clear the Status field if any values exist and click OK to update.
- You return to the main panel where all the active and inactive transactions are displayed. Note that all the inactive transaction records are visible on the panel with the Status as I. Select the inactive transaction and click Activate.
- You access Work with declaration transactions, Confirm activation. Click OK to activate the selected inactive declaration transaction.
- On the main Work with declaration transactions panel, select the applicable declaration transaction and click Inactivate.
- You access Work with declaration transactions, Inactivation. Click OK to inactivate the selected transaction.
