Print conformity criteria on the operation card

Using this function you connect one or several conformity criteria to an operation in the bill of routing. The defined conformity criteria will be printed on the operation cards as informational text.

Note: The manufacturing order should be at status 10 when you print the shop floor documents.

Note: Conformity criteria that are defined in the normal item structure will be copied from the structure to the operation card when the manufacturing order is created.

  1. Select the Work with manufacturing orders menu item.
  2. On the initial panel, select the manufacturing order for which you want conformity criteria to be printed on the operation card and click Bill of routing.
  3. You access Manufacturing order maintenance, Bill of routing. Select the operation for which you want to define conformity criteria and click Conf criteria.
  4. You access Manufacturing order maintenance, Conformity criteria. Select the conformity criterion you want to add to this operation and click Select. You can select several criteria at the same time. (Tip: Click Select to de-select a selected record).
  5. Included
    This field is set to YES if the conformity criteria is selected.

    Return to the initial panel.

    Print
    The next step is to print the operation card with the conformity criteria.

  6. On the initial Work with manufacturing orders panel, select the manufacturing order for which you want to print the shop floor documents and click Print.
  7. You access Manufacturing order, document selection. Click OK when you have checked that the printing information is correct.
  8. You return to the previous panel. The conformity criteria have been printed on the operation card and the manufacturing order is at status 20. Exit the routine.
