All records that have a statistics period less than the selected will be removed.
The Project transaction statistics file is used to rebuild the Business Information Warehouse (BIW). Once the file has been reorganised, the deleted periods of the project transaction statistics will not be included during the rebuilding.
- Select the Work with reports/jobs – PROJECT menu item.
- You access Work with batch jobs. Select PRJ_RGZTRS and click OK.
- You access Project transaction statistics – Reorganisation. Complete the following field:
- Reorganise periods less than
- Enter the period of the project transaction statistics to be deleted. Only the statistics records that have a statistics period older than the given period will be deleted.
Click OK to process the reorganisation. All project transactions that match the defined period will be removed from the Project transaction statistics file. Exit the routine.
