The System process log file displays requests that have been sent to the system process. To delete messages from the log file, do as follows:
- Select the Work with system process log menu item.
- You access the main panel which displays requests that have been sent to the system process. Click Shift info to toggle between viewing All entries, Active entries and Invalid entries. Click Clear to remove all log records up to a certain date.
- You access the Clear log file panel. Complete the following field:
- Date
- Enter a date indicating what log records should be removed from the file. Log records with a date that is less than or equal to the entered date will be removed. Note: Log records with status In queue or Active will not be deleted.
Click OK. Exit the routine.
