Work with consolidated order

The following describes how to start and stop a consolidated order. It will also describe how to report quantity for a consolidated order. The window is used when reporting time and quantity for a group of orders.

  1. Select Consolidated orders in the function list in the Time reporting window.
  2. You access the Consolidated orders window. Enter your card id number and click OK.
  3. A selection of consolidated orders will be shown in the scroll down list. Select a consolidated order and click OK to activate the Function field.
  4. Start a consolidating order
    Place the cursor in Function in the centre of the window and select 3 (or leave the default 3) to start an operation and click OK.

  5. You return to the Time reporting start window. Select the Consolidated order function again. Enter your card id number and click OK.
  6. You re-access the Consolidated order window.
  7. Stop a consolidated order
    Place the cursor in Function in the centre of the window and select 1 (or leave the default 1) to stop an operation and click OK.

  8. Three new fields will be shown. When you only want to stop an operation (as in this case), click OK several times to return to the Time reporting start window.
  9. Reporting quantity
    Repeat step 1 above. Place the cursor in Function in the centre of the window and select 2 to report quantity and click OK.

  10. The following fields will be shown:
  11. Note: Click OK when you have entered a value to activate the subsequent field.

    Approved
    Enter the approved quantity.
    Rejected
    Enter the rejected quantity.
    Reason
    Enter the reason code for the rejected quantity.
    Complete
    Enter the completed quantity.

    Click OK. Exit the routine.
