The following describes how to start and stop a consolidated order. It will also describe how to report quantity for a consolidated order. The window is used when reporting time and quantity for a group of orders.
- Select Consolidated orders in the function list in the Time reporting window.
- You access the Consolidated orders window. Enter your card id number and click OK.
- A selection of consolidated orders will be shown in the scroll down list. Select a consolidated order and click OK to activate the Function field.
- You return to the Time reporting start window. Select the Consolidated order function again. Enter your card id number and click OK.
- You re-access the Consolidated order window.
- Three new fields will be shown. When you only want to stop an operation (as in this case), click OK several times to return to the Time reporting start window.
- The following fields will be shown:
- Approved
- Enter the approved quantity.
- Rejected
- Enter the rejected quantity.
- Reason
- Enter the reason code for the rejected quantity.
- Complete
- Enter the completed quantity.
Start a consolidating order
Place the cursor in Function in the centre of the window and select 3 (or leave the default 3) to start an operation and click OK.
Stop a consolidated order
Place the cursor in Function in the centre of the window and select 1 (or leave the default 1) to stop an operation and click OK.
Reporting quantity
Repeat step 1 above. Place the cursor in Function in the centre of the window and select 2 to report quantity and click OK.
Note: Click OK when you have entered a value to activate the subsequent field.
Click OK. Exit the routine.
