Create a replenishment suggestion manually (DC1 Warehouse Management)

The following describes how to replenish inventory in an item assigned location. If you want to replenish inventory for a component location, then you select the Create replenishment for component locations menu item. The steps are the same.

  1. Select the Create replenishment for item assigned locations menu item.
  2. You access Replenishment suggestion creation, Item assign locations. The following fields are mandatory:
  3. Replenish to

    Warehouse
    Enter the warehouse that should be replenished.
    Pick priority
    Enter a valid pick priority code (100899) specifying what locations should be replenished. Item assigned locations with a pick priority that matches the value entered in this field will be considered for replenishment.
    Zone/location
    Enter a valid from-to range of zones and locations. Item assigned locations within this range of locations will be considered for replenishment.

    Replenish from

    Pick priority
    Enter 1 for individual selections or 2 for a range selection, followed by valid pick priority codes. Enter pick priority codes (100899) specifying from what locations the items should be picked. Overstock locations with a pick priority that matches the value entered in this field will be considered for pick.

    See the Panel help for descriptions of the other fields on this panel. Click OK. The replenishment suggestion is printed. Exit the routine.
