The R/F batch can be changed as long as the status of the R/F batch is equal to or less than 10. You can make changes to the priority, the resource group, the resource and the handler.
- Select the Work with R/F instructions menu item. Note: If Radio Frequency Handling is not activated in the main warehouse, then you access the Warehouse selection where you select the applicable warehouse to work with.
- You access Work with R/F instructions, Open batches. Select the batch you want to change and click Change.
- You access Work with R/F instructions, Control information. You can change the following fields:
- Priority
- Enter a priority value indicating in which order the R/F batches should appear in the Select R/F batch function. Valid values range from 1 through 99999, where 1 is the highest priority.
- Resource group
- Enter a code from Work with resource groups indicating the resource group to which the batch should be assigned. Note: If both this field and the Resource field are completed, then the entered resource must be assigned to the resource group specified in this field.
- Note: See Resource groups for more information.
- Resource
- Complete this field, if it is certain what resource should be used during the completion of this R/F batch. The resource must exist in the Resource allocation table. If the field is left blank, the resource allocated to the handler selecting this R/F batch, will be used during completion of the R/F batch.
- If a handler has selected an unassigned R/F batch, and completed any instructions, this field will be updated with the resource that was used. To change an existing batch the status must be equal to or less than 10.
- Note: See Resource locations for more information.
- Handler
- This field is mandatory if the Resource field was completed. Enter the handler that should complete this R/F batch. The handler must be allowed to use the resource entered in the Resource field and must exist in Work with signatures.
- If the Resource field was left blank and this field is completed, then only this handler can select this R/F batch. The resource being used will depend on the resource allocated to the handler during R/F batch selection.
- If this field is left blank, then all handlers will have the possibility to select this R/F batch. If a handler has selected an unassigned R/F batch, and completed any instructions, then the name of the handler will be updated in this field.
Click OK. Exit the routine.
